Types of Subpages

The definition of a Traffic Page, Opinion Page and Conversion Page are visible in this article.

trafficpage  Traffic Page

A Traffic Page consists of an article / blog post (1400 - 2000 words) with a distinctive title which consists of keywords that support the content of the Pillar Page.

A Traffic Page can also contain other content such as links, images, videos, tweets or podcasts.

The goal of the traffic page, as the name suggests, is to attract more traffic to the content hub.

The more interconnections of keywords and other articles exist, the higher this page will appear in the search engine results.

opinionpage  Opinion Page

An Option Page is used to describe a specific keyword or subtopic.

The article (500-1500 words) can be written like a knowledge base or show the company's opinion about the specific topic by sharing your extensive knowledge with your readers.

The more interconnected keywords and other articles there are, the higher this page will appear in search engine results.

  • Note I: Include a teaser to a conversion page to redirect the reader.
  • Note II: Include a newsletter form at the end of the article.

conversionpage  Conversion Page

A conversion page serves to allow the page visitor to convert to a contact or actively show interest in a topic.

This can be achieved with the help of an article that contains conversion forms. Conversion forms can be forms for downloading a lead magnet, but also registration forms for demos, meetings or newsletters. As soon as one of the Conversion Forms is filled out, the visitor converts and automatically becomes a contact who can actively be contacted by you.

The more links between keywords and other articles, the higher this page will appear in the search engine results.
