Kauf AG is a Swiss family owned company that manufactured its first men’s shirts in 1913. Since 1993, the company is now in its 4th generation and is the leading Swiss “wash and wear expert”. The client wanted a modern and contemporary Look & Feel and an optimal interaction between website, online shop, and fulfilment processes.
Besides the modernisations of the look and adaptation to the new marketing strategy, the central focus was on a broad interlinking and integration of the shop and website. This resulted in a blend of information on products and a unique purchasing experience. The shop can now be used as a strong sales instrument. Product data from the ERP system was adjusted and the content management process was simplified. Customers receive individual newsletters that draw their attention to the shop and new contents.
In a short time and with a restricted budget, we launched a prototype of an online shop to test the market for the shirt pioneer.
