Leder Locher specialises in leather goods and is the oldest and biggest company within the industry in the entire German-speaking part of Switzerland. Tradition, quality, and service are values that this Swiss company has maintained for decades. These values had to be transported to the digital age: bringing tradition and innovation together and generating new sales opportunities by using an omni-channel strategy.
Our first step was to implement a web page in magazine style to make the user discover a new world for categories such as bags, travel, accessories and small leather goods. The aim was to create a platform which provides product and service information as well as the latest information about events, new arrivals, bestsellers, and tips and tricks for leather care.
The launch of the online shop was planned for a long time. It started with marketing automation, product presentation and behaviour analysis to target product recommendations to potential users.
